About the Cosgrove Group
Human-centered advocacy meets PMP® project management and strategic communications to promote organizational health and social change, from the inside out.
The Cosgrove Group was founded on a core belief: true organizational and social health require collaboration, connection, and consensus—not unexamined top-down hierarchies that perpetuate cycles of scarcity and suffering.
Cosgrove (Irish: victorious) honors our founder's great-great-grandfather, who fled the Great Famine in County Mayo. His resilience and passion birthed a family legacy of fighting systemic injustice and championing vulnerable communities—values that drive every strategic partnership we build today.
“Nobody’s free until everybody’s free.” -Fannie Lou Hamer
Free Palestine. Free Congo. Free Sudan. Free Tigray. Free all peoples oppressed and exploited by the sickness of domination and greed.
